JoAnn Lamolino is a trumpet player based in the New York/New Jersey area and in Honolulu, Hawaii. In addition to being the Associate Principal/Second trumpet of the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra, she regularly performs with orchestras, chamber ensembles and as a soloist throughout the country.
During Pandemic Times, JoAnn completed a 7 month course for a Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Certification. This has now lead to the founding of the Mind.Music.Sanctuary, yoga classes and Trumpet/Mindfulness Intensives scheduled for this summer.
Other Pandemic activities include presenting masterclasses at Rutgers University, Mason Gross Brass Dept., University of Northern Illinois Trumpet Studio, Hawaii Youth Symphony Trumpet section, and Go Compose North America.
JoAnn has also been a guest on the That's Not Spit, It's Condensation podcast and interviewed by The Fit Musician on FB Live.
Last Spring, JoAnn ran a course for young professionals, Navigating YOUR 21st Century Career in Music.
